From an award winning Golf Course to some of Perth’s best surf beaches and well maintained parks, Secret Harbour is no longer a secret.

The name Secret Harbour was first used by two local businessmen for a proposed marina development which was to include a small boat harbour, and "Secret Harbour" was gazetted by the then Shire of Rockingham on 6 July 1984. While the idea was scrapped due to the area's large tidal swell, the name was retained when the suburb was developed in the early 1990s.
